Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Card Packs for Streamers ("Card Packs", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Service
Card Packs for Streamers is a platform that allows streamers on Twitch and Kick to create custom digital card collections and award them to their viewers as community engagement rewards. The Service is provided "as is" and is currently in beta. Features may change or be removed at any time without notice.
Copyright & Artwork Ownership
Streamer-Uploaded Artwork
Streamers retain full ownership of any artwork, images, or creative content they upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Card Packs for Streamers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service — including showing cards in viewer collections, pack openings, and the OBS overlay. This license ends when the content is deleted from the platform.
Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any artwork or images you upload. You agree not to upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted artwork, trademarked logos, or licensed character art, without the explicit permission of the rights holder. Card Packs is not responsible for content uploaded by users and will remove infringing content upon valid notice.
Platform & Software Ownership
The Card Packs platform, including its software, design, branding, and all original content created by Card Packs for Streamers, is the exclusive property of Card Packs for Streamers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Card Packs for Streamers. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform itself without express written permission.
Digital Cards
Digital cards in a viewer's collection represent an in-platform collectible. They have no monetary value and are not transferable outside the platform. A streamer's decision to close their channel or delete their account will result in the loss of cards associated with that channel. Card Packs is not liable for lost, deleted, or inaccessible cards.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or obscene.
- •Upload artwork you do not own or have the right to use.
- •Attempt to manipulate the platform to artificially award cards or circumvent award rules.
- •Use the Service in any way that violates Twitch's or Kick's Terms of Service.
- •Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with another user's account or data.
- •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- •Charge real world currency, cryptocurrencies, or any form of payment for cards offered through the Service. This applies both to streamers and viewers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
Third-Party Platforms
Card Packs integrates with Twitch and Kick via their public APIs. These integrations may be modified or discontinued by the third-party platform at any time, which may affect the functionality of Card Packs. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by changes to third-party platforms. Card Packs is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or Kick.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Card Packs for Streamers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of cards or collections, or loss of revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in good faith between the parties.
